When you buy any item from BlindsmadeinUSA.com, you can feel confident because your purchase is backed by our 30 Day money back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, contact our customer service department immediately. We will make every effort to correct the problem. If we cannot correct the problem a return authorization will be set up with shipping instructions.
Since every thing we sell is custom-made to order, you must do your part in making sure the information you provide on your order is accurate. Please understand we cannot honor the guarantee if the information you provided on the order was inaccurate.
- Please follow our measuring guides and review the installation guides before placing your order. If you follow these guides and provide accurate measurements then your product should fit perfectly.
- If you product is not within recommended size limitations, it is returnable only for shipping damage.
- Commercial and Contract Division orders are not covered by this guarantee.
- Returns are accepted only with prior authorization, and the products in question must be shipped to the appropriate return address in the original condition within 30 days of receiving them. You only pay the return shipping.
If we made a mistake or if your claim relates to shipping damage, we will work with our manufacturers to provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You must report mistakes and shipping damages within 21 days of receipt of your product. If you do not report these issues within this time frame we may not be able to provide you with a no charge repair or replacement.
